She specializes in the areas of gender equality, prevention and response to gender-based violence, protection of human rights and safeguarding in humanitarian settings, and has more than 8 years of experience working with INGOs and UN Agencies across different regions and contexts. Mathilde holds an MA from Sciences Po Paris in International Affairs, specialized in Human Rights, and is passionate about collaborating with practitioners and researchers to empower women and girls globally.
