Elizabeth Hedge is a Research Associate at the Global Women’s Institute, directly supporting the Empowered Aid project lead and country partners. Prior to joining GWI, Elizabeth was the Policy & Resource Mobilization Specialist in UN Women's Washington, D.C. Liaison Office involved in advocacy and partnership building with the U.S. Government and foreign policy stakeholders. Elizabeth received an MA in International Affairs with concentrations in Global Gender Policy & Conflict from the Elliott School of International Affairs at The George Washington University, and a BA in History and Political Science, from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California.
